Welcome to BLT Gaming Consulting. By accessing our website, purchasing our digital products, or booking coaching sessions, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Digital Product Sales (Ebooks & The Vault)
Final Sale Policy:
Due to the digital nature of our products (including but not limited to Ebooks, Written Breakdowns, and Gameplans), all sales are final. Once a product has been delivered via download link or email, it is considered "opened" and "used."
No Refunds:
BLT Gaming Consulting does not offer refunds or returns, for any digital product under any circumstances.
Delivery:
Upon successful payment, products are delivered automatically via the email provided at checkout. If you do not receive your link, please contact [email protected] immediately.
Subscription Services (Madden/CFB University & The Vault)
Recurring Billing:
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize BLT Gaming Consulting to charge your payment method on file every 30 days.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
No Partial Refunds:
We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for cancelled subscriptions. Once a monthly payment is processed, that month of access is non-refundable.
1 on 1 Coaching Sessions
Non-Refundable:
Coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked.
Rescheduling:
We allow for one (1) rescheduling per session, provided you give at least 12 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time.
No-Show Policy:
If you fail to show up for your scheduled session without 12 hours' notice, the session fee is forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Dispute and Chargeback Policy
Mandatory Contact:
By using this site, you agree to contact BLT Gaming Consulting at [email protected] to resolve any billing issues before filing a formal dispute or chargeback with your bank.
Evidence of Purchase:
In the event of a dispute, BLT Gaming Consulting will provide the financial institution with proof of delivery (Transaction data, timestamps, email delivery logs, and IP Address) and a copy of these Terms and Conditions showing your active agreement to our "No Refund" policy.
Account Termination:
Filing a fraudulent dispute or chargeback will result in a permanent ban from all BLT Gaming Consulting platforms, including Discord and future product access.
Intellectual Property
All content, including written schemes, video links, and play diagrams, is the exclusive property of BLT Gaming Consulting LLC.
Purchasing a product grants you a single-user license for personal use. Redistributing, "repackaging," or reselling our content is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
